Hello! I’m Mai Aristoteli, an agency leader with 20 years experience working with firms including M&C Saatchi, McCann Worldgroup, and Porter Novelli.

Agency is a thoroughly rewarding career, but let’s face it… it isn’t easy.

I founded School of Agency to give practitioners the guidance I wish I’d had when I was “growing up”; and to give leaders the people partner I wish I’d had when I was in their shoes.
